Social Media Marketing Manager - North America

As a Social Media Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and visibility of LinkedNow site. You will:

  • Run our corporate blog.
  • Identify speaking engagements for LinkedNow officers.
  • Create the community newsletter.
  • Build twitter campaigns.
  • Generate press releases.
  • Establish partner relationships.
  • Design the strategy to create the "buzz" and build awareness around the LinkedNow business social network.
  • Develop strategy for an unassisted viral spread of our technology.

Required skills:

  • Exceptional analytical capability.
  • Proven SEO (Search Engine Optimization) skills with at least 1 year experience managing both site optimization and link building campaigns.
  • Experience with Google Adwords and Google Analytics.
  • Proven blogging or equivalent experience required.

Front End Software Engineer - Mountain View

As a Front End Engineer at LinkedNow, you will specialize in building responsive and elegant web UIs with AJAX and similar technologies.

  • Significant development experience in server-side technologies such as C/C++ and/or Java.
  • AJAX/HTML/CSS experience and an interest in user interface design.
  • Object-oriented JavaScript skills.
  • Web application development experience.
  • Knowledge of UI frameworks such as XUL, Flex, and XAML a plus.
  • Experience working on cross-browser platforms.
  • Computer Science degree or equivalent work experience required.
