The Company also focuses on servicing the multi-location requirements of customers and industries, in which tenants have specialized product requirements. Its properties are concentrated in office parks located in markets and submarkets and/or near demand drivers for customers and industries. On January 9 and 10, 2007, COPT completed a series of transactions that resulted in the acquisition of 56 operating properties totaling approximately 2.4 million square feet and land parcels totaling 187 acres. Subsequent to December 31, 2007, the Company completed the sale of the 429 Ridge Road property in the Northern/Central New Jersey.
