The good:
Revlon pays it's professional positions very well. The factory floor positions not as much. The companies manufacturing facility in North Carolina is geographically isolated.

The bad:
The company as a whole though is very unstable. There is a lot of turnover at the executive management level through staff level.
The company has a large amount of long term corporate debt which contributes to a very frugal atmosphere (outside of the pay).
The biggest negative about the company is the culture. The company is very disfunctional. Politics are everything; empowerment is non existent.
Annually there is at least one layoff a year.
If all you care about is money this is your place. If not, I would avoid this place.
